I'm trying to watch the US/Germany game online, but it says my package doesn't include ESPN. I have Extreme HD which includes ESPN and I watch the channel at home all the time. Any help would be appreciated?
Also, what time does Verizon customer service start their day? I just called at 8:05 AM Pacific and the voicemail thing was taking messages. Are they really not open yet?
