I cant believe what a mistake i made by switching!!! You dont know what you have til its gone.... I was promised so many things and got none and hd to call several times to follow up.... So upset with verizon, am i alone???

No, not at all. first thing monday im calling and cancelling the service i ordered aug 5th. im sick of verizons stupid games. they cancelled my apointment after 3 week wait, i called made a new apointment, sat around and waited for them to come, they didnt show, so i called and they had no record of me calling and setting up anything. tell me how that happens, and nw im stuck waiting till the 22nd of SEP, oh wait, just got an email, now its the 27th they want to come. or so they think... if thtey dont get here soon im obviously going to comcast.

I hear you guys! I'm sick and tired of the **bleep** too. I still have exposed wires from installation after calling multiple times ( 2 years ago!!!), just found out I'm getting charged for services I NEVER consented to pay for or even knew about, every single effing time I try to log on to pay my bill it tells me my account is invalid (If I don't have a valid account, how the hell are you charging me an arm, leg, and kidney every month?) which prevents me from paying my **bleep** billand results in late charges, my "top-speed" internet is pitiful, and 95% of the time on demand doesn't even freaking work!!!!!! **bleep**???? WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm considdering reporting them to the BBB and cancelling my subscription. Enough is enough already.
