i'v ended my relationship with Verizon after 4 long years . I transferred my cell phone number over to a month by month at the end of my contract May 7,2014. WHY WAS MY LAST BILL OVER $374.00 ? It took Verizon 2 1/2 months to send me a breakdown of my last bill,and I see Why. Verizon is charging me for 1 month of service I didn't use May 4,2014 to June 4,2014 and Charges per min, data overage, and a late fee . This is greed ,I've been calling every day waiting to speak with anyone with common sense, I would like someone to look into these over charged fees and adjust my bill correctly

Your billing cycle began on 5/4, but you didn't port out til 5/7. Per TOS, you are responsible for the entire month of service. [ Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless ]

Write a letter of dispute and mail it to the return address on the bill. Problem solved
