Logged into my account today to switch our TV channels so my wife can get freeform ( x-mas special ya know).  After I log in I see an offer for 89.99 to keep everything but change to gigabit internet.  Sure, I think that is worth it with my wife zooming/ms teams for work and the kids for school.  I then get the email about the new bill........now it is suddenly 174.99, are you kidding me?  Too late to get phone help, get on text help, they claim they can not do anything about it.  So I ask to go back to my old plan......nope, now my old plan is magically a lot more money, not 174.99 but more than I was paying before......what the **bleep**.

As you can see I am logged into my account ( upper right hand corner ), the new plan that I was switched to ( after this 89.99 bait ) is also displayed.
