can't pay my bill online

I am logged into my account on the website but can not pay my bill. everytime i click on the link to pay the bill it asks me to sign in again (even if I am already logged in) and it turns into an endless loop. Very frustrated!!!

Ok, but I have already left the alternate phone # and email with customer service many times. I do not check verizon email nor is out land line in use. Is tehr another way to reach me (private message through this portal, perhaps)??
