If you're trying to change the card # you have stored for (automatic) payment, you need to log in to your My Verizon account. Using the My Verizon mobile app, login, select Account->Payment options and there it should be to edit current card # or Add new payment method.

Customers can visit https://myvpostpay.verizon.com/ui/bill/ao/ps#/ and log into their My Verizon to have access to their wallet. From there, it should list any saved payment methods you have, and allow adding a new one, edit an existing one, or delete one you no longer want saved! *Matthew
