never recieved $200 gift card

I recently have been calling a lot to inquire about a gift card that I requested in Dec 2019. They were telling me it took 60-90 days and then they said it wasn't sent out. It took me 1 hour and 45 min to reach a representative to help me last week. This representative then transferred me to the gift card/promotion department. This department told me that I would be sent another card and transferred me to the company that distributes the cards. The person from the company went on to tell me that the card was already used and I requested a transaction receipt. They declined to provide that. I am at work currently and don't have the time to call in again to get this resolved. Can Verizon help me with this?
