My husband and I have been trying to get onto the over 55 plan. We have had Verizon wireless service for years. I understand that we are unable to request this and it must be offered to us, but no one can answer as to why we haven't been offered this despite our years of loyalty. No one that we ask can give us an answer. This is very frustrating! Please look into this matter and give us an answer!
