$100 Black friday amazon gift card

Hey

So what's going on with this $100 Amazon gift card for siging up with fios during the black friday promotion?

I can't get any answers from support reps via live chat or the phone.   The "check status" button on my main account page is now gone.  

It was in a "processing" state since april.
