$100 Promotional Gift Card

Back in February, I agreed to a two-year contract.  I was eligible for a $100 gift card, which was supposed to be mailed to be 90 days later.  I received an e-mail stating this, but have heard nothing since, and have not received the gift card.  I'm pretty patient, so it wasn't until today that I tried finding out info on it.  I went into a live chat, and the woman told me that she saw that I was entitled to it, and had fulfilled all the requirements.  She gave me a phone number to call, but it led to an automated response.  No matter what I said to the automated response, nor who it sent me to, nobody could help me at all.  Maybe posting this will???
