$100 Rewards Tile Missing

I received the email notifying me its time to redeem my reward, but when I log in, I do no see the "rewards tile". Tried from multiple browsers, devices, and the MyFios App. When I try to call the Rewards Support number (1-866-948-2725 ), I get is a "No Routes Found" recording every time I try to call. Frustrating....
