I got an email stating that I can redeem my $200 Google and Nest products and $100 Visa prepaid card. I was able to redeem my Nest product but not able to view the link to redeem the card. Please escalate this to a verizon agent. I’ve made multiple calls to customer service and no one is able to help.

The “help” I received in my inbox regarding not being able to register for my visa gift card after I signed up is a joke. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. If this is not resolved I will be taking my money to Comcast.
