I switched to Fios 1gb and was told I'd receive a $100 gift card. I received an email with a $50 gift card and a link to redeem. The redemption button brings me to my account home page. I tried chat but the representative was not aware of any promotion.
Can someone help me redeem my promised $100 gift card? Sounds like many other people are having the same problem.
