$15 email discount

   Just venting. I received an email promising a $15 discount in the store. I ordered an item and entered the code. At that time it stated that the discount would  not show up in the checkout.  So I purchased the item. It wasn't deducted from my next bill and not showing in the next bill. This is six weeks now.

   After finally getting past the robot I end up talking to someone in New Delhi or Islamabad for 18 minutes I'm told there is nothing she can do. I ask her if I had any other options and she mentioned going to a Verizon store. I decided to return the item at the store. So I go to the store in my town and find out they can't return the item. They are a franchise not a corporate store. I can only return this item at a corporate store.

   Several days later I drive to the next town over to a corporate store. They can't return it because it was past the 30 day return policy. You have to wait 30 days or more before you know if the discount is going to be posted or not. Don't send me any more discounts for being a good customer Verizon. It's worthless.
