I’m on auto pay and haven’t missed a payment. My reward status was put on hold saying I had a past due balance. I paid my next bill early and the status still says on hold due to being past due.
Whats going on here? Where’s my card?

Read up on it via forum search. Think of it this way, a Communications/internet company that has these constant “computer glitches” but you should never subscribe to any service on a promise of any inducement or reward.
contact your states attorney generals office which handle these types of issues.
