I'm a new Fios customer and I have a $150 rewards card as a part of my offer, but I'm having an issue registering. When I click "Register Now" to sign up for my prepaid Verizon reward, it redirects me to a page that just says "Retrieving Customer Data" and does nothing. What should I do?
