My account says my Visa Card is on hold because of a past due balance. I am all paid up to day, with no lingering past due balance. I always pay on time! I have been looking for a number to call or an online agent and can't find anything! Help!

Just checked on my $150 visa prepaid card reward status and got surprised that the status is "On Hold" because of a past due balance!!. Verizon setup auto-payment when I signed off the contract, so what's the problem? Verizon already charged my account 3 times!!! How is that possible that my account is past due? Come on Verizon, don't disapoint your customers by not holding up with what you've promised.
