$150 prepaid verizon mastercard

Hi I am having a hard time registering for the $150 prepaid mastercard. When I tried in the past it wouldn't save, and I tried again today and it just brought me to a page that said it was retrieving customer data, but then nothing happened. Anyone know what I should do.
