19yr customer and furious

Ive been a Verizon customer for 19years. How do i know this? When I call in the say every time “First, we’d like to thank you for being a loyal customer for 19 years and 4 months.” But yet they still treat me horribly. I went in to an authorized retailer, purchased 4 new iphone 15 pros, Verizon internet and a new watch. So all together i have 7 lines because have another watch line, too. I turned in my two iphone 13s because that was part of the promo, got credit for 1 but not the other, even though I was sent emails verifying they have received BOTH PHONES. I had to go back to the store because i was told they didnt do the promo correctly for the 2nd. that hasnt happened either. Now ive been charges late fees for 7 lines, being billed $1200+, and risk my service being interrupted! Thats where 19 years of a loyal customer gets you with Verizon. Im taking my business to Spectrum and reporting to the BBB and filing a claim to fix this.

I feel ya, my last I broke a phone, ordered a new one from Verizon online I was without a phone for 8 days.. 2 months ago. Today they interrupted my service on 4 lines. Apparently my auto pay didn't go through so I'm around 10 to 12 days late. After over 10 years never missing a payment I feel the this is beyond ridiculous and will be shopping a different carrier myself today. Used to be a good company, now the service is poor and v the customer service is non existent.

Verizon are deceptive ,they advertise "the most fios tv" as coming with paramount + and MGM + but that's not what you really get you have no access to all of the material on those apps you get the scraps Verizon wants to give you through on demand....It's the epitome of false and deceptive advertising .
