2 days of Service and Denied the Student Discount

Im in 2 days and fighting battles left and right. Chat is useless, no help at all, just a time burner. CSRs dont care, dont call back as promised. It shouldnt be this hard to get service and it just be as it should be with no battles to fight. The info I get varies from CSR to CSR. Prior to buying a phone I was told I would get a $10 discount per line for auto pay and $25 for my student discount. Now Im being denied the student discount because I have 3 lines, why wasnt I told this prior to getting my phone? This would have been a deal breaker, instead the CSR told me what my bill would be WITH 3 LINES after the discount. Now Im not being given my discount, Im fighting for it. My rate per line is also wrong. The CSR I chatted with today is giving me the wrong rate. I mean the answer really vary from person to person. There seems to be no common knowledge between all the CSRs, everyone makes up their own answers or tells people what they want to hear I guess. How do I get this fixed because CSRs do absolutely nothing but waste my time. Or do I just take the phones back? I have kept screen shots of what my rates should be in my cart before the order was placed, I kept screen shots of chats after the order was placed. I have offered to share everything I have with CSRs and no one wants it.
