On may 13th i ordered 2 New IPads for Children’s gifts. On arrival day (may 15th) they never arrived. Checked with all my Neighbors and no one had or found any of my packages. So next thing i hit up Verizon chat agent and they tell me it will take 72 hours to investigate. After those 72 hours i checked back and they said the ticket is still pending no update. I wait another couple of days to someone telling me they see it didn’t arrive and that i am going to be refunded with the next few days. Nothing happens for another week. So hit them up again and now they are telling me that there was proof it was delivered by signature l!?!?!? Absolutely NOT BY ME!?!? WHY THEY PROMISE A REFUND JUST TO GO BACK ON IT? i never got anything from verizon except for a BILL! I ordered these iPads from the chat online which was already sketchy now they are claiming i received it… DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID… i refused to continue paying for IPads i never received. It’s a lose situation anyways because they will just go after my credit… My family has been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years… After this most likely not any more
