2 year contract renewal not reflected in billing charges

Good morning,

So I am a verizon customer since March 2014. My original agreement was due to expire in March 2016. I receive a message online from Verizon once I logged in that if I wanted I would be able to renew my existing contract another 2 years and lock in the price. So i did just that. In Oct. 2015 I went ahead and renewed my contract under Order # {edited for privacy}. I was under the impression that the new agreement would begin in  April 2016 since the original agreement was over in March 2016. I have received 3 bills April, May, and June and none of them reflect the "LOCKED IN" price.

I tried to copy and paste the original email and this is the best it came out. I just wanted to know why I was offered a locked in price for the next 24 months then not be billed the price offered.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page here on the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
