Please be aware that when you sign a 2 year service agreement with a "price guarantee", the price is only valid if you don't move. If you move, then they can charge you a new price - however, if you then want to cancel before the 2 years is up, you still are required to pay an early termination fee. I was lied to about this by Verizon when I signed up as I was told I could keep the rate even if I moved. Its a pretty good deal for Verizon - they keep the customer to their end of the bargain but they don't keep theirs.

Everything you said is in your terms of service which you have to agree to when you first created your account.
