I signed up for service on October 2nd, when there was a promo for $200 towards google products and a gift card. I got the email showing that it was included in the special offers, along with the list of services and an estimate of my bill.
Every time I logged into my fios portal I would get a notification saying my credit was on the way, then halfway through November it just disappeared. I called in to ask about the promo and how to redeem it and the representative said I should have gotten an email with the credit. As for the gift card, it was processing (which I haven't received yet either). They said they will look into it and will contact me back to update me of the status. It's been about a month since that phone call and there hasn't been any updates or contact.
Has anyone been able to get the $200 credit and gift card or is this a switch and bait scam they're running?
