I’ve taken screenshots of every step & conversation with every single agent. Details didn’t show up after completion of process. The email I received after completion didn’t include the Home Depot gift cards. Contacted Verizon live chat, I was told by an agent that he/she checked with the team & confirmed that the cards were on the way. Even screenshot every single conversation.
