$200 Towards a Google Device Promise not kept

I have made numerous attempts since getting my service installed on 10/21 to contact the company (chat sessions and actual people on the phone) to get the $200 I was promised for my signing up with a new contract. Everytime I talk I am told it is coming, you will get an email.  I still have not received anything.  I have a full screen shot of the intial full conversation when I signed up for this service.  I would appreciate some accurate help.  Thank you.
