$200 Verizon Gift Card

I've been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember. I recently upgraded my device and plan. During the upgrade process and checking out I received the "Complete your order and get a $200 Verizon Gift Card" offer. I selected "Apply offer" and continued to check out. I took a screenshot of the promo for future reference. Now months later, and from what I understand now past the redemption deadline, I never received any information on the promo. No text, no email, nothing. I've now been through 3 different reps chatting to see if I can get to the bottom of this and they've all just closed up the case and said it was "solved" without correcting the issue at all or giving my any resolution. What can I do to get this taken care of? It's pretty ridiculous to have an offer and then never be given an additional information on it of how to redeem the offer.
