Recieved an email today lettimg me know that my $200 credit and $100 gift card were ready to be redeem. I have tried in vein to actually get the redemption process to work to no avail. I have seen a number of posts here that others have run into similar issues, seems like a theme. Already spoke to someone in customer service who was clueless. How do you actually get this to work? And who is going to get the time back that i have wasted? Disappointed
