When we signed up for Fios we had an offer where we would get a $200 nest credit after 31 days of service.
We received the email to redeem the credit, however the instructions in the email do not work. We spent over 2 hours on online chat (transferred four times, even sometimes to the same division we had already talked to) just to have them have us call customer service. Customer service was another 2 hours, transferred multiple times, and ended up with them disconnecting the call on us and not calling back.
This offer is a SCAM. We have reported it to our local consumer protection government bureau.
