$200 reward for upgrading

I upgraded to the FIOS one a little over a month ago. I kept receiving a message on the MyVerizon site that I would get the reward after 31 days. I checked today and the message is gone and I can find nothing about this reward. I was looking forward to using it on more smart home devices. What's the deal? Can I get a reply from someone at Verizon who can help me? A REAL LIVE person!!!??
