Anyone know how to get the 25% employee discount applied after a purchase in a Verizon Wireless store was already made? The authorized vendor TTC told me they had no way of applying the discount and would do nothing to verify my employment status. Spent an hour with an off shore rep and supervisor and got no where. Verizon Wirelessโs customer service used to be top notch. Now you get put on hold for 10 minutes to find the answers to the most basic questions.

Doesn't it have to be a Verizon Corporate store in order to get the accessory discount? When I was at an authorized vendor store, they couldn't look up/verify my account status for the discount.
