Just brought 5 lines from AT&T. Went through a Verizon retail store and promised all sorts of discounts which are now sounding very iffy. Trying to find a Verizon employee to even talk with is torture.
We've had Verizon internet for about 2 years. It is 300 Mbps and we use our own router. That all means to me that we are not "new (VHI) subscribers in the last 180 days" and are eligible for the 10 -year price guarantee and for the same $39.99 a month we now pay we can get the same speed and this time Verizon will supply the router!
But the sign up page blanks out when I actually try to sign up
