In December 2022, my wife and I accepted Verizon's offer (form : ACQ_H_WB_1222_WB 664660873) to get Fios 300/300 Mbps speed at $25/month guaranteed for 10 years with AutoPay through a qualifying wireless plan.
The Fios was installed on January 6th. We were told the $25/month bill would be reflected within one or two billing cycles. Our bill for January was $49.99, and for February was $39.99. Notice of the March bill (due March 27, 2023) was e-mailed to our account on 3/8/23, and is again in the amount of $39.99.
How do we go about getting the bill corrected to reflect the plan we are on? I have extensive documentation available to view on-line if a human being at Verizon is available to access it.
