After installation of FIOS TV service we expected receipt of a $250 promotional gift card. Numerous calls have been made to determine status, but always I'm transfered to 'another' agent resulting in taking too much time and thus sometimes having to interupt the call. Today 3/26/2018 I tried again but this time I stayed on the phone being transfered multiple times. Finialy was told an email will be sent 'right away' confirming my issue is under review. I still havent received the email. To whm can I send an email to verify my issue is being investigated.
