My Install Day was 10/06/17. It has been more than 120 days and I have not yet received my $250 Gift Card. I have talked to at least 2 Representatives on Chat that both promised my gift card was on it's way. I haven't received it yet. Can you please let me know what the holdup is? The gift card helped off-set installation fees and was a major reason why I switched.
