3 months, no resolution

I have been having issues with Fios since January 8th and spend approximately 43 hours communicating with representatives attempting to get things resolved to no avail.  I have even gone as far as to report the issue to the FTC, but no one seems to care.  There are 3 active Fios accounts in my name, all for the same service at the same address, all accruing monthly statements, and no one will fix it.  I've gone into multiple stores, reached out to the escalations team, e-center, customer service, billing, tech support, etc.  How does anyone get a representative to actually fix things?  My account is being auto billed in excess of what it should be, I'm being threatened with collections for non-payment on these duplicated accounts, and I can't get anyone to help me, I feel totally helpless. Someone please tell me how to get someone to help with this....THREE MONTHS!!!!!!
