30 day cancellation for new customers, 0 day cancelation for current customers?
After month to month service Verizon FiOS, I got 2 year contract offer. After 2 weeks customer support tell me that "30 day cancellation worry free" doesn't apply for me - its only for new customers. For loyal customers (10 years with Verizon) when they make decision for new 2 year contract is punishment only - 0 days worry free, If I want to cancel i will pay cancellation fee. If I want to change bundle - I cant.
30 day cancellation fee worry free slogan should have extra information thats only for new customers or its fake !
I will write about this matter to BBB and other places so this trick is known for all.
VERIZON TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH, NICE OFFERS ARE ONLY TO GET MORE NEW CUSTOMERS, AND TREAT THEM LIKE THRASH AGAIN.
