HELP!! I ordered the FIOS Triple Play in 05/14. Verizon price was $79.99 per month (plus add-ons). I was supposed to receive a $300 Prepaid Visa Card since I made a 24 month commitment. I have NOT received my Card. I have made many calls and supplied info to Verizon but all I get is the RUN-AROUND and get BLOWN-OFF with wrong info. (NOTE: the $300 Card was in addition to the discounted $79.99 price, NOT in lieu of!!). HELP VERIZON, HELP !

HELP -- when I oattempt to get status and sign in with Acct No. and Last Name I get error message: "Invalid Username/Password".
