I signed up for Verizon in April of this year and was supposed to receive a $300 prepaid VISA card. I have paid all of my bills ontime and waited until 90 days after the third ontime payment and I have still not received the card or any correspondence concerning the reward. I can't even figure out who to call about this.

Call the 1-800-Verizon number and ask for the Billing Dept who should be able to see what your order included. Once you have that information you can check your card status online here:

After being routed to 4 different departments, I finally reached the promotions department. I was told that a gift card was not entered in with my order but they could see in the notes that I was promised one. I was told that they ordered one for me and that I should receive it in 30-35 days. We'll see....
