$300 reward card? Where is it?

I had my verizon fios installed on October 24th 2013 after a rep came to my house and offered me a $300 visa gift card for switching to fios. He signed me up for the triple bundle and a two year contract. To make a long story short I knew that I would have to wait for 60 days before the reward would be mailed. I made my payments for the first two months on time and I got an email saying " your reward is now processing. You should expect to recieve your reward within 30 days and will be mailed to your service address." When I check the reward site is says PROCESSING. It has said processing since I first logged into it at the end of December. I called in around January 15th and they told me that it would arrive by jan 24th. I called again on the 24th and now they said the 31st. I got a postcard weeks ago with a four diget pin I need to activate the card, should it ever arrive. I am getting annoyed. Like so many others I switched to verizon because of this incentive. Reading how many reward card forums there are on here makes me think I might never see it. I don't want to hear " well just wait a few more weeks". I want tracking information.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under โ€œMy Support Casesโ€ you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
