4 MONTHS AND STILL NO $300 GIFT CARD!!!

We signed up for service on September 28th. We received an email on December 2nd stating that we would receive our $300.00 gift card within the next 30 days. It is now January 27th and still no card. We have contacted Verizon at least 5 or 6 times, and it's the same response it will be sent out with in the next three days. We are now being told the card will be sent out on or around the 30th of January. I guarantee if I call on the 30th I will again be told a lie that it will be sent out on or around February 2nd. This needs to be addressed NOW! I will start looking for another cable provider if this is not taken care of.
