400 GIFT CARD FOR NEW SERVICE

I signed up in December 26 and was supposed to get a 400.00 prepaid card,  which I still have not yet to receive it. I did get the postcard, but every time I log in it says invalid username/password.

Please call Verizon directly and ask them to verify your reward status and explain the issue.
