$50.27 credit card charge for VERIZON*DIGITAL CHAT E. ... monthly bill? I used chat because I could not receive help any other way. The chat rep signed me up for Verizon wireless. I received a sim card and then my phone wouldn't connect at all. After I was transferred from one chat rep to another and 4 others, I was told that I had to remove the sim card in my phone and put in the new one. That could not be done after many attempts. Finally a chat tech was able to get my phone connection working. I used to be on my daughter's account but she moved to a different carrier. The Verizon phone system would not hook me up to anyone who could help and I couldn't even register online with Verizon because the system was down. I would like the charge reversed and had been satisfied with Verizon for many years.

Did you get your problem resolved?
I never agreed to the CHATE charge I see on my bill. Therefore I will dispute it. I just switched to Verizon and am now questioning Verizon's integrity.
