$50 Gift Card Tittle Disappeared/Expired before its expiration period

Hey, I got the promotion for signing up for FIOS and waited a month. I'm unable to progress anywhere to redeem it. Clicking the link in the email sends me to the Verizon home page and when I click the redeem gift card button, it just refreshes the page. Any idea? 

When I checked the Verizon profile, the $50 Gift card title or button disappeared after clicking it.
