I have seen this is one of the most searched topics pertaining to Verizon FiOS, folowed closely by how to initiate online customer service. The only difference to my plan was "upgrading" my bundle by an online offer that involved customizing my plan for a rather large promised discount. As you can tell by having to initiate this post that I am nothing but dissatisfied with a) no explanation to these charges b) lack of online support. How to I escalate this issue beyond an online avatar that wasted my morning?
