Hi, Just wondering how long it takes to see my account on-line and the MyVerizon app?
Guess I'm a bit worried that I will not be able to activate auto-pay/paperless, etc., and claim the $300 gift card for ordering on-line before I have to pay my first bill.
Anyone.
Thanks

I know I would share your concern if I couldn't see my account information online, notsureaboutV. I am here to help. It sounds like you're able to sign into My Verizon, is that correct? What information do you see when you sign in?

I'm wondering if this is the new version of guest accounts. It used to be if you had a guest account you'd get a message every time you logged in "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when your service/device/whatever is activated." I'd try going to the main Verizon website > Sign in > Create new account link to see if you can make a new account, assuming all your services are now up and running. A CS representative also suggested elsewhere to try using this link to register for My Verizon:
https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/reg/start
If none of that works, then someone at Verizon may need to see if all your information was entered in correctly when you signed up (that's why they ask for your ID) and do something on the backend before you can see your account properly, or they may have to delete your guest account before you can start over with registration.

Thanks for the info SynthpopAddict. Wish I have seen your reply before talking with Tier 2, so didn't try the access manager link. When I login to my account the browser link reads "verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/identifymgnt/guest/landing#/". I don't get the message "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when your service/device/whatever is activated." but is does make sense.
Tier 2 , tech wasn't too specific but something about the account/porting may not have been created correctly?. When I create accounts on website, etc., I screen print my entire process to a word doc, so was able to review and see that I didn't make any errors when I created the account. Also mentioned that they may have to delete the account anyway and create a new one. I'll have to wait and see.
Gave me an ETA 7/4/25 for a fix and said I should have full access to see everything (fingers crossed) including the $300 rebate thing.
Your information is spot on. Thanks again.

You're welcome. Hope your login issue gets sorted soon. There must've been some changes recently to the guest accounts because it used to be that you would get the message I mentioned earlier upon logging into a guest My Verizon account. However, if the URL says "guest" in it, then you definitely have a guest account only and not a "real" one.
