600$ bill

What a mistake coming to Verizon. I opted into the four lines and you get the iPhones on them paid over $200 in taxes and fees then I get my first bill it’s $559. Who has that kind of money laying around when I went on to set up some sort of arrangement to have the payment made when I get paid, it said I am not eligible for any type of payment arrangement now my phone is suspended. I cannot talk to any live person or customer service representative.  It’s just circles and circles and circles and circles. This is the biggest mistake I’ve ever made and now Myself a nurse and my husband a truck driver are without phones because nobody has $600 laying around to pay a darn  phone bill, and no other options available.  Is there anyway around the automated system to speak with a live agent
