$700 off trade in promotion not honored

I am writing to formally request assistance in resolving an issue with the trade-in promotion associated with my Verizon account. I participated in your 2022 trade-in promotion, which advertised a $700 credit per device upon trading in eligible phones. I traded in four iPhone 12 devices, all in good condition, and these were accepted under the terms of the promotion.Despite this, my account balance does not reflect the credits I should have received. Nearly three years later, my account indicates that I have paid less than $50 toward my devices. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the representatives I have spoken with have been unable to locate the promotion or resolve the issue.

- I have contacted your customer service before but I never get answers. Iโm going to look for the paperwork of my trade ins to refresh your memory. If youโre not going to honored the promotion then I want my four iPhone 12 back.

I have had a similar problem. I finally set up most of my missing promo, but it is still about 200 dollars short of what it should have been. I am noticing a pattern on this for my phone about 20 months ago. It was about 100 to 150 off what it should have been. At least my other two lines for my family seem correct, and I have not had these same issues.
