I dont understand how I have selected a $830 trade in offer for my moms phone yet they want over 600 dollars up front. So your telling me it would be better for my mom to go off my plan and get one of her own in order to get the deal? So frustrating 😫

Happy Friday! We know the importance of managing your account, especially if you are administering upgrade. Verizon is here to clear things up.

Yes I am trying to upgrade my mother phone on my account Apple XR. It should be an even exchange yet when I go to do it Verizon is wanting a $600 up front payment. I do not understand why if I am doing a trade in and it should be free. My mother has offered to add her name to the account if that would help. I don't understand why we excluded from this promotion when it is advertised for all new and current customers.
