9 months later and 10 hours of my time not resolved

I have spent 9 months waiting and 10 hours at least being passed through shuffled around and have yet to receive my $100 rewards card. Everyone says give up and for principal I refuse to quit. How hard is it to send me a card? Verizon how will you compensate me for the time being wasted and told problem is solved to have to come back and be lied to again. It's worth way more than $100 and hope Verizon agrees
